These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina USA for the resolution of any disputes.

REFUND POLICY

Kobican Solutions does not offer refunds for any requested service(s) rendered & confirmed by client to be satisfactory as at time of service rendition.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Kobican Solutions reserves ALL rights to charge a $10 cancellation fee to applicants card on file for any scheduled appointment not cancelled at least three(3) hours prior to scheduled appointment, all other received payment(s) shall be refunded to applicant within 24 hours.

PRINT REJECTION POLICY

In the rare instance an applicants rolled fingerprints are rejected, kindly submit official rejection notice stating "exact reason(s) for rejection. Upon receipt, applicant shall be entitled to (1) re-inking & rolling fingerprint appointment for re-submission purposes within 30 days of notice. This shall be at NO additional Cost to the APPLICANT.
